By car take the SP 238 (formerly the SS 433) from Pedaso in the direction of Comunanza for about forty minutes. When you reach Ponte Maglio continue towards Comunanza for about a kilometer and a half. The farmhouse is situated on the left of the road and is signposted “Il Granaio”.
There is a motorway (A14) junction and a railway station at Pedaso (SS 16) which links Marche to Bologna in the north and Bari in the south.
There is a frequent and inexpensive bus service from Rome to Pedaso and a direct train link from Rome to Ancona where you can change for Pedaso.
